Design and installation of deep well anodes

The discharge pipe in the anode of deep well is not only used to discharge the gas produced by the anodic reaction, but also to emit the heat generated during long-term operation and later to return water injection. The exhaust pipe can also be used to assist the installation of the anode. When installing, wrap fiberglass cloth or linen cloth around the exhaust pipe to prevent the hole from being blocked by other things. The exhaust pipe diameter for deep well anodes is generally 25 mm and there are no holes or slits in the packing package.

When the deep well anode starts to operate, the anode will react to produce gas, which should be discharged from the anode well in time, otherwise the more gas will increase the grounding resistance of the deep well anode, also known as gas resistance, which directly affects the operation of the entire anode system. Therefore, deep well anode must be installed exhaust pipe.
